One of my fav t.v shows

Post

I like to show one of the best t.v shows out there..it has been on for a long time and I have been watching it religious for the last 3 years. I finally got on the website and there are two interviews with Luca Di Montemeazlo (I know I spelled it wrong) Click under sports and he is listed on page 10...Oh and the name of the show...Charlie Rose

He has excellent guests and he asks excellent questions 10 out of 10

Also..I remember a topic where I disputed that there is no Schumacher factor that helped improve sales of Ferrari cars and I said No and mostly everybody disagreed..if you watch Luca's interview he says there is no correlation between the two. [-X
Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

Monty is spewing horsefeathers. A team has to have it's budget approved by the parent company. It has to be based on sound business practices, of getting a return for the investment. I personally cannot accept that the FIA/Ferrari board of Governors approved 50 million a year to Schumacher with no correlation between Shu and Ferrari sales.

I too quite enjoy Charlie Rose and have been watching him for many yars.

I have noticed that in the last few years, his personal political views have clouded his interviews. He has begun to try to steer his guests dialog towards his views to the point of interrupting any answer they may give that runs contrary to his view.

The recent interview with Michael Chricton on global warming is a great example. Chricton has written a book refuting much of the widely accepted evidence of global warming and Rose very often cut off Chricton's responses and explainations, almost refusing to give Chricton the forum to air his views.

I also saw one of the interviews with DiMontezemolo (forgive the spelling) and thought it was quite enjoyable, but superficial.
