Although its still a rumour, AML will twin-supercharge its flagship model by end 2008. This was ignited by the now-more-powerful appearance of the DBS, which starred in Casino Royale 007. The car had almost 530bhp, more than the Vanq. Also, the power-to-weight ratio of the DBS i way higher than the Vanq, thanks to a weight reduction of almost 100kgs over the DB9.

If im not wrong, i think the 700+bhp Vanquish will definitely outaccelerate many reigning supercars , cant wait for that, but the sad thing is that by the time it does come, many more supercars will emerge, and it ll be back to square one for the Vanq ...i was indeed desperate to see the gentleman image of AML to be added with some brutish one...

Not sure where you got your information from, but there will be no supercharged Vanq from the factory.
All the Vanqs are currently built at Newport Pagnell which is getting refurbished next year. All parts orders for Vanqs have ceased (ie gear boxes, composite torque tubes, etc) so its not like they will restart production as the Vanq is produced with older technology than the DB9/AMV8.
The DBS and Rapide where never slated to be production cars, just a movie and show special, but due to demand they are being built. This has pushed the Vanquish replacement back to a estimated 2010 at the earliest.
If you own a Vanq already (all to be built are sold) though you could ask Works Service (AM's in house customising department) to develop a supercharger kit for you. This would be the only way to see one come "from the factory" but I'm sure a reputable supercharging place could do it for much less (Works Service really knows how to charge).
It is the replacement..the DBS is the new flagship
Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.
The DBS was a one off for the Movie Casino Royale I thought. Besides it can't be a replacement as the DBS is based on the DB9, which is already being built allongside the Vanquish.
Eitherway...I don't mind, all recent Aston's have been nothing short of Automotive Pornography lmao!

DBS will go on sale. Early next year.
DBS will be built along side the DB9 at Gaydon.
Vanquish was (until this month) built in Newport Pagnell.
DBX is a name that has been made up (X = 10) so there is a good possibility the next in the DB series will be a 10.
700bhp is not confirmed from anybody - just that a German tuner claims they can modify a Vanq S to that level now.
There will be nothing released (at least as a production model) before 2010 - prior to that they have to build a new factory to allow them to cope with current levels of demand.
