URGENT! Need Help from Deutschland

Post

Help please [-o<

I am currently without TV access and I've found the only way to watch 24hours is via http://vod.premiere.de/oxid/, a german website which is supposed to broadcast 24 hours for free (in streaming), if you register (which is supposed to be free too)*.

I have a very bad german level, and although I was able to enter all information in the registration page (Internet TV / Hier Neu Registrieren), it seems in the end to involve some Kreditkarte informations, which is unusual for a free service... There's no evident numbers looking to be a price on the page.
Could any german member help me registering this website please?
At least, maybe you could translate this for me, as it is maybe the thing to check before suscribe if you dont want paying services:

Sie können mir gerne Informationen rund um Premiere über die angegebenen Kontaktwege zukommen lassen. Ebenfalls bin ich damit einverstanden, dass meine Daten streng ausgewählten Partnern im Rahmen der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen durch Premiere zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Diese Einwilligungserklärung kann ich jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen.

Thank you very much in advance.

*those suppositions are from many research on forums, blogs and internet press.

It's a notice saying that you allow them to contact you in the future and that they can use your personal info to sell it to "strictly selected partners" (I imagine this means every Viagra vendor in the world... ;)).

It also says you can repent in the future without any reason (after that, the Russian spammers and Nigerian scammers will abide by that, as we all know). It also says at the site it costs 3 to 6 euros (why? for the whole event? for a minute? I don't know.).

Don't you have a friend with Speed TV feed? They are showing LeMans (at least in Colombia) now and then.

I wouldn't give my KreditKard number to any site, specially if I don't know who they are and how much they will charge.

If I were in Paris I would take a train without thinking twice... that's what my mom did like 50 years ago and it worked for her (of course, she was prettier than you... ;)).

No. And I struggle to find an on line TV service (even involving payment) working for me.

Yeah I didn't of course, but there were several relatively reliable sources pointing to this site as THE solution to watch the race online.

I've already said it but initialy I was going to get there, untill some family problems involved I have to stay in Paris for the whole week end. So, even without speaking of the difficulties to get there if I were to try at that time of night, it wasn't a solution from the begining.

And I'm glad your mom is prettier than me. The contrary would be quite embarrassing

Anyway thank you for your help and also the bit of humor that never hurts, especially when I'm struggling to find what I'm searching for like that, which gets me borred, really...

If you are in my case, the best I've found up to now is to combine the live timing (see the Le Mans 24 hours thread) & this online radio (in english only):http://globecast.workscast.com/
