Hi,
I hope there is someone around who's good at IPB forums. I'm absolute n00b in this though I became an admin of such a forum (Invision Power Board v2.1.7) recently.
The problem is that we have about a dozen of spam-bots registering every day. They overcome the registration (including the thingy with graphical numbers) and even activate their accounts. After a newer IPB version was installed the spam-bots stopped posting messages. But they keep registering and it irritates a lot cause most of the new users are not real.
If you can suggest any kind of suggestion or solution to this problem please post one.
Thnx.

In case anyone needs this in future:
I added a line (a required one) in the registration form where the user must enter random 4 numbers. Letters wouldn't do, neither will 3 or 5 numbers - only 4 numbers. The line is displayed in the users profile only for the mods and admins. No spam robots managed to regisetr since then.
