If I recall correctly, Zander left Williams a couple of months after being appointed Chief Designer due to personal reasons, yet resurfaced at Sauber shortly thereafter. I can't recall a rather high profile senior technical person moving around as much as Zander.
As an aside, does anyone know what Gavin Fisher is up to? I always thought he was a rather capable designer, but needed a strong technical director to direct and focus his energies.
