Tilting the wheels-mercedes f 400 concept car

I know this can not be used in F1 but what about the supercar market?
The concept car devolopes 1.2G in cornering, now my question is if you put the system on some of todays supercars which devolopes 1,2G stock would you still get that increase of 25%?

Aren't the tires special for that?
Don't think that the huge tires supercar normally have would go well with that system, futhermore if the system must have bike type tires it would have litle contact patch and supercar power may be a problem with that...
