On the usenet, in alt.binaries.multimedia.sports (I think) are all the races and the special in car broadcast from every ITV race.
Usenet articles fall ofline after roughly 99 days...so you get 3 months of full coverage that way. Usenet is also not free, but not expensive. It is illegal however to download content that you don't own.
However, I don't think I can legally send you the races I have recorded on my PC's PVR (and at 8 gigs each, not gonna), and I don't think you can legally donwload them.
I suspect the moderators won't like this post.

As far as I'm aware the admins are 'not held responsible' for material posted on the forum. That's what I've read in the topic that had links to full race downloads in it
I was going to suggest you tried contacting kimi_khodr_raikkonen, I think he has some stuff on his site aswell, http://www.f1zone.net (just remember to come back here when you've finished.)
