What are those white handles on the New Mclaren Rear wing never seen it before?

It is probably there to control the vibration of the rear wing. Separation can be really sensitive to slot gap width so the "handles" ensure a constant slot gap at the centre of the wing where there would be most deflection. Also note that the handles are attached to the top of the element instead of the bottom. Adverse pressure gradients can be caused by intereference on the underside of the wing where there is negative pressure. So you can help avoid separation by only interfering with the flow on the positive pressure side

Those handles have always been present on the "old" triple-elemented wing as well. Just that they were less conspicous than on this double-elemented wing.
