Personally I was very happy to see advertizing banners arrive. I can't take Tomba and Principessa out to dinner as a thank you for offering us F1 technical ... so I read the banners. I might find something I to buy; I'm a consumer of sorts... I fit a niche called a 'Simplicity Consumer' and yes, of course I have a link

I just hope that banners won't pop up to block the forum pages like in some forums

I dont mind them either, as long as they stay up on top and are NEVER EVER placed on the side bar section, that would really kill it for me.
