Rob White chuckles while he says to reporters that he wants to be asked about "who will finish second after Renault". He then leaves the interview to check some plans and specifications delivered "voluntarily" to him by his competitors.
Fisichella is considered by F1T to "had never been given a car worthy of his considerable talent" until he arrived to Renault. You cannot ask for a more accurate prediction! Fisico is seen driving a 1966 Renault 4 at Jerez tests.
Räikkönen declares "everyone in the team speaks english" except him. He wishes to learn italian, nothing very hard to do, because he will learn only how to say "vodka, please" and "I have to dump", the only phrases he really need to know. He mumbles in a variant of finnish-russian-altaic dialect something about being very excited by the new season before dozing visibly during the interview. That's no problem for reporters, as all of them are used to his particular, clear, straightforward language.
De La Rosa chuckles also, while he comments on how, working in the simulator, he has kept as "my main focus the MP4-22". He doesn't comment on his secondary focus, the Ferrari F2007, but that goes without saying (no pun intended).
Ferrari publishes its technical specifications for F2007, one month after McLaren made public the very same specs, down to the weight of Räikkönnen and the shoe size of Massa's girlfriend. Ron Dennis claims "we we're just guessing".
Hamilton says he wish to know "just how far do I need to push myself to beat that person and just how far can I go? With Fernando being a two time World Champion, I know I have to dig deeper than ever before". He then procedes to hit Alonso in the back of the head with a shovel, to show how far he has gone in his efforts on this field. Asked by reporters about this strange happening, he declares: "Oooops. My mistake. Next time I'll aim for the forehead".
