In my humble opinion, a very interesting interview of Amedeo Felisa, who is pretty much in charge of all product development within Ferrari SpA. It covers both general business questions and more personal ones as well, which makes it more appealing.
I hope you get a chance to read through it and learn more about both Ferrari and this man who is an integral part of the Ferrari empire.

This was just prior to the beginning of the Luca di Montezemolo era and long before Maserati was even in the picture. Felisa's first project was the update that morphed the Testarossa into the 512 TR. Then came the F355 (out of the 348) and the 550/575 Maranello, which is already a Ferrari classic. The 360 Modena? F430? Enzo? All developed under his steady guidance. When di Montezemolo assumed the chairmanship of Fiat in 2004, Felisa was appointed vice general manager of Ferrari SpA, now reporting to general manager and F1 team director Jean Todt. The soft-spoken but results-driven Milanese approaches automotive development like the trained mechanical engineer he is--blended with the passion of an Italian who clearly loves what he does.
