Destroyed Lambo

Post

On the way in to work today around 11:45am outside Richmond, BC, Canada, we saw a fire truck on the side of the road, blocking the accident.

As we passed (DAMN ME FOR NOT HAVING A CAMERA READY) there was a blue Lamborghini Gallardo. It was up near the guard rail, and from what I saw in the split moment was a smashed engine cover, and the rear wheels looked as though they were pushed up into the body, and the body was on the ground.

If I can find a news link or pics I'll post em.

Thanks for sharing, but I really doubt that a 'Destroyed Lambo' happens to have any relation in particular to General Chat on Formula One.

Nothing personal, but I simply wanted to point that out just in case you hadn't noticed.

I find it interesting and relevant. I would love to some pic's. That is if Mr. mx_tifosi approves.

Don't be a tool. Tifosi has a legit point and he was being nice about how he made it. There is an "Off topic" area in this forum for a reason. And really...REALLY...how is a crashed Gallardo relevant to Forumula 1 racing?

Or, people can stop whining, and simply bypass any title that they feel is not relevant to F1, and let the Mods do their job and sort it out.

My mistake, I thought the general F1 chat was just general chat, and I failed to realise there was a more general chat area as I have never visited.

I was just really excited and sort of blurted.

I've never gone off topic before, so I'm not too concerned.

mx_Tifosi is right, the topic should have been posted in off-topic. But Hey, that's no big deal...

about the topic itself, you should have a look at this thread, a sort of compilation listing all the Eddie Griffin of the world. You could bury that destroyed Lambo here too, for it to rest in peace...

'Giblet' knows that I meant my advice in a positive and reinforcing manner, as I didn't include any harsh or demeaning language whatsoever. But still I apologize if my use of 'italics' was offensive in any way.

As for the moderators/administrators doing their job and sorting it out, it seems a bit unfair to them that the members have no 'social' responsibility in this forum, which among many others, includes creating threads in their respective 'message board'. That in order to provide every guest with an organized and professional site for them to enjoy.

'Conceptual', I would like for you to re-read my post carefully and re-think your response, as the first time around I presume that you didn't think quite so much, since you let your dislike for me get the best out of you and was reflected in the content of your post.

In the end I believe I did more 'good' than 'harm', since afterall many more people learned of how and where to create a thread. Which we will all then appreciate every single time a thread is created in the appropriate 'message board'.

Moved to Off-topic. Thanks to the smart person that reported the mistake, instead of arguing about it. Anyone can report a mistake using the "report this post" button.
