Kimi's engine change for Silverstone

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been wondering about this since the French GP.

Didn't Ferrari use up Kimi's free engine swap after Australia when his engine popped?

If not, what did they do after AUS? Does a DNF not count?

If a driver is forced to retire, the engine can be replaced for the next race without penalty. This was the case following the Australian Grand Prix.
