Maybe Pat Symonds? He knows the team and has plenty of experience.

Briatore may be preparing to run F1 or have a return of his health problem.

Briatore and Jean Todt jockeying for Mosley's spot? Either (or nearly anyone else) would be an improvement. Or will Briatore be kicked upstairs like Todt? Reward, demotion, or just his own decision?

I think I would keep Briatore and send Symonds to replace Mosely.

Flavio lives for the drama where Pat seems to extinguish it.
