cost cutting will lead to no "innovative" innovations being brought to the sport; what one can do with $45 million budget???
there should be some room for innovations, which will eventually require money. with cost capping each team, what FIA wants to do - a no-innovation F1 that is boring to watch?? [-X [-X c'mon, use some goddamn common sense!
