Smokey's Hot Vapor Engine

What is it? What does it do? What are the benefits/disadvantages of it vs. a normal engine.

It super heated the air fuel mixture using exhaust heat. Increasing the over all thermal efficiency of the motor.

So far smokey was the only one who could get it to work.
