Re: staff levels in F1

i've always been under the semi-educated assumption that the F1 industry suffers from quite high turnover..?

if there's guys jumping around from team to team or out of F1 completely, then of course teams need to fill those positions if still needed..

the big change, if it hasn't happened already, is that they'll have a smaller core group employed for the whole year on a permanent basis, and then top that up with part-time contracts. this'll save a lot of money, reduce permanent numbers and provide a hell of a lot of demand & work-based flexibility.
