What is your ideal DISASTEROUS team duo

Post

Okay okay...so we've all seen dream teams...So...
What is your ideal disasterous team duo?

I would have liked to see Irvine vs Montoya/JV. It's either they mouth off at each other every day, or they team up and mouth off at everyone else! HAR!

Hmm... this is a tough one. It depends what kinds of disasters you would like to see
Lots of disastrous collisions: R.Schumacher+Sato. Their team wouldn't have a single solid weekend in the season. Half the time theyd be crashing each other out :D :D
Otherwise I'd say Irvine+Villeneuve. Everyone agrees they could certainly arrange some action off the track, on the track not so sure.

Well I'll have to agree with bernard....but i'll add something to bernards comment.....I'd make a combination of 2 of the following and it would be disasterous:

- Montoya
- Irvine
- Villeneuve
- Piquet (not from our era....but...it seems he was a Irv/Vill combination)

Villeneuve is one of the faster drivers we know in F1, so he's for sure not in my disastrous team. The crashes are known to happen, but hey the guy can win the champ, so I wouldn't call that very much a disaster hehe

I'd go for
- R. Schumacher
- G. Fisichella
Aaaahh remember the good old times when both of them were driving for Jordan and knocked each other out of the race...
I'd also pick Ralf for losing out a lot of money for nothing really special :p Furthermore for sitting out half the season and costing me even more :D

Hmmmmm.....so far it seems that anybody that teams up with Ralfie boy would wind up on the disasterous team duo. I think we have some trend going on here....hehehe...

Montoya and Michael Schumacher. They seem to want the title more than anybody else today.

i second that.. i can just hear them whine about one being favored more than the other.. or one car being taken care of more than the other...

hmm... Prost-Senna, anyone?

Hehe then well think what might happen at McLaren enxt year between Kimi and Juan. Could be the same, although most likely inhouse, since Ron Dennis doesn't like the wining-to-the-press part :D

I think Juan and Kimi will make an interesting team next year. I can imagine that there will not be much said between the drivers and I just cant imagine Juan getting on with Ron Dennis at all.

It must be said that McLaren hold up probably the most cool and calculated proffesional image on the pit lane and I just dont believe Juan fits in.

Just for a laugh i would also like to see JV and Michael in a team together.

Juan doesnt have to "fit" in to drive for Mclaren. He is a professional driver after all. Yes, he is little bit outspoken and volatile at times but he's a fast driver who's capable of winning championship.

David Couthard "fitted" realy well with the whole clnincal and sedate Mclaren team... whole hella lot a good it did them.

Sure, its better to 'fit in' in any team. Juan may be a professional driver, but if members of a team dispises or wishes you bad fortune, well...what happened to Villeneuve, again!?!?

DC - he just sux, so fitting in or not, he ain't winning no championship.

i would hope that nobody on Mclaren despises or wishes him bad fortune. That would be just unprofessional on the culprits part.

and that was my point. DC fitted in real well... but what good did that get him?
