No, there's nothing wrong with our engine. The problem is the car is so --- inconsistent. Ferrari has had one bad race this whole year (in terms of pace, not results).That was France, and they fixed their problem before they got to the next event.
Meanwhile out of the last 4 races, we have had race winning pace in 2 of them, and Haas levels of pace in the other 2.This huge fluctuation is horrible. It makes it difficult to score points because you have to capitalize on tracks that work with your car. If some random sh*t happens like in Russia, and you miss your chance. You are screwed, because Ferrari never fluctuates this much. Both in Monza and Russia, Ferrari had maximum damage limitation because they were never that far off. Meanwhile McLaren goes from being Mercedes of the midfield in one race to being --- Mazepin in the next.
Just infuriating.
