No because they all do it

A big part of why high rake cars are competitive is for this very reason alone. It’s been a known forever.

You could have ride height rules, but they are basically impossible to enforce while on track and easy to cheat without spec dampers beyond that.

Anyone who thinks this is normal behaviour of suspension should watch the footage again or should maybe ask some other members here why it’s such a big deal instead of just blazing here that its nonsense what DiResta is saying

Again, NASCAR has done it since the 1990s, it’s commonplace in MotoGP, it’s not impossible to do. Even your weeknight dirt / circle track racers play with this.

With the results in FP1, why has Perez become top in FP2? Haven't been able to watch the sessions.

It's normal behaviour. Even Horner doesn't say anything worth protesting. If anything about it, is that it is not progressive but rather sudden when it activates.

I don't believe suspension collapse like this is simply down to aero load. It's too sudden and instantaneous. Horner mentioned mercedes using a device of some sort to lower the car in FP1 by himself without being questioned about it, so there must be something going on. He then went on further in that he hopes they cant use it as much on this track as in turkey.
