And have very simplified suspension. So they'll probably be very lazy in mid corner rotation. Initial rotation might not be too bad with new tyres. This would also make sense in context with Norris' statement not too long ago that new cars are just not as nice to drive. Nothing is worse for a driver than a heavy and unresponsive car.
Thats probably a very relative statement, because F1 cars are ridiculously responsive compared to pretty much any other racing vehicle.
The drivers have been "spoiled" with crazy amounts of front-end grip, so even a small step down from that will feel bad for them.
I suspect tracks like Monaco will be quite a bit slower than last gen cars due to that, but they should be fine on peak downforce.
There were early rumors claiming RedBull was already close to their 2021 level of performance, and the general vibe from Ferrari this off-season hints towards them having a pretty nice package too.
