Judging by that picture I reckon the claim that the floor is flexing is quite valid in all the pics where the car is standing still, the suspension components are way closer to the floor, though as people have pointed out if the floor passes tech inspections then it is indeed fine, probably wont stop an official protest though.

It's marginal, I'd even argue it's the perspective, I just don't see why McLaren would risk having an illegal car, unless this was a temporary solution to the porpoising.

If this is indeed the floor we will see in Q1 at Bahrain then I'm confident in its legality

The car is just lower to the ground due to downforce compressing the suspension.

I don't think you should judge this by using the ground as reference, you should look at the floor edge endpoints as reference, drawing a line through the edge, the blade is certainly quite a bit lower on the right.

But I agree on the legality, it probably got tested and found legal.

Doesnt look like its flexing all that much to me, the winglet is a bit for sure. But considering how squat the whole car is on the move it doesnt look like the edge has moved much compares to the rest of the floor

It's hard to properly quantify without images from almost exactly the same angle but with the left part of the image streched to fit the right side it would look like there really isn't all that much flexing

Looks like they've actually had to slightly modify the cutout at the rear on the lower picture, this in itself makes the floor look lower

If the FIA have their wits about them, there will be one drafted into the regs. I doubt Mclaren are deliberately flexing the floor. It would be a waste of budget cap when it gets banned.

In regards to floor deformation (flexing at speed), it seems that is something that a lot of teams are experiencing, as an example Mercedes temporary fix last week:
