Nope, both details are new. Subtle development.

I suppose the T-tray/bow is regulated against that. The most we've seen before now is the "double t-tray" on a few other cars.

That doesn't appear to be the case. From the Motorsport.com live feed:

"14:19 A replay of Sainz shows off the dreaded 'porpoising' effect of the new cars as he bounced down the straight into Turn 1."

Or this from the morning session summary:

"The porpoising effect that dominated proceedings at the Barcelona test was again on display, with the Mercedes and Ferrari cars suffering particularly badly on their push laps – the impacts with the ground audible on the cars' onboard cameras."

It looks like they are currently in the "How low can you go" phase of the testing. Quite bouncy

When i was watching during the morning (Leclerc then) the car was going smoothly upon reaching high speeds.
Mercedes was the clear worst in this regard, but nothing like we saw in Barcelona.
