See, those graphs on twitter were not totally useless as most think. The data pointed that Alfa is quick on the segments measured and Bottas is showing that nowArtur Craft wrote: ↑18 Mar 2022, 16:56
I don´t believe RB is 1s ahead of everybody but, going from that data, it seems Alfa Romeo is quite a good car. Those kind of data is useful just to extract a couple of informations, not to make big conclusions about the actual pecking order.
Mostly first sector, Lewis complained of the car pulling to the left.Artur Craft wrote: ↑18 Mar 2022, 17:33See, those graphs on twitter were not totally useless as most think. Meanwhile, HAM 6 tenths behind George currently... If this car turns out to be a dog, it will be hilarious... Will wait untill QLF, though. Still not buying that they would be struggling this much. FFS, HAM is currently behind Schumacher
Not much they can do otherwise really, other than lifting the car to kill the porpoising and then be slow everywhere.
Yeah, let’s not factor in the two laps where Hamilton overshot the first corner, and set his quickest time on the third timed lap while George nailed the first lap.Artur Craft wrote: ↑18 Mar 2022, 17:33See, those graphs on twitter were not totally useless as most think. Funnily enough, I have a totally different view. I absolutely love them and think they look greatJust_a_fan wrote: ↑18 Mar 2022, 16:12I hate the new tyres. They just look silly and bring nothing to the sport. If they'd gone for really short sidewalls, at least there would be the marketing excuse for Pirelli, but as it is, they're more like SUV All Terrain tyre sidewalls.
I hate them.
Big thanks for sharing this f1tempo link, mate
I mean this corner, which will never be flat out for F1 unless they do some 6 or 7 Gs....:SmallSoldier wrote: ↑18 Mar 2022, 17:16T5 isn’t really a corner for this cars, they go full throttle through it.
I like the helmet cam, as a novelty is really cool and gives a very different perspective to what the drivers experience.
Haas and Alfa look a lot racier not to mention the obvious Ferrari.
I said in another thread that Mercedes extreme anti-drag concept may have something to do with the engine
