Difficult to judge where RB stands pacewise. Seems that they suffer in low speed traction. But we'll see, normally VER is really good in changing conditions.

Horner said that they did better race pace settings for the car based on simulation data. It is logical when I think Ferrari's one lap advantage, sprint race. Race is always important.

Tbh Perez was on much better laps but got screwed by all the red flags. Sprint will be dry so let's see how it plays out.

Perez actually looks really strong again this weekend. Those new cars seems to suit him very well. Probably better than Verstappen

Agree. That's why you can see a big gap in the wet but not in the dry.

I think I saw Perez' laps just before Verstappens overtake were slightly better then Max and Charles...

Did they just overhaul Ferrari pace-wise? Let's see if the reds can respond.

Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

Straight line speed was the same between Ferrari and RedBull maybe 1-2kmh, they have impressive braking into Tamburello and a decent enough S2, Leclerc could never really get close to them in S1 whole weekend long, and in the race you could see from Leclerc's onboard, that he just couldn't brake as late as Perez did. If Ferrari doesn't solve porpoising it's going to really hurt, especially in these sprint weekends where they have no time to adjust that stuff.

Looks like the setup of the RB was near perfect out-of-the-box. Really well executed weekend with 52 point for the team. I think that's an all time high in one weekend for a team.
This way they are very soon back in the mix for WDC. WCC is already really close.

I think the highest is still that 2-3 from Williams i think in 2014's final race with double points shenanigans
