If that’s how you decide to interpret those results, be my guest. I find it extremely flawed though.
It's still a personal prediction based on trends observed in past seasons and on a report from Amus which is only based on 3 testing session. They have been wrong in the past and i don't predict the future, so of course i could be wrong (i hope so).
Having said that, Ferrari struggling to keep up with developments against the competition in past season is pretty much a fact, therefore in order to have a chance for the WDC starting strong is almost mandatory. Remember you need to account for worse development, insane strategies and usually regulation changes that are against Ferrari.
