I think they're cause of the people Rossi put into place, with the exception of Otmar. He didn't start till March 2022. Everyone else was there in place in 2021.
Pat Fry was hired there before Rossi. He was promoted to CTO under Rossi in Jan'22. Budkowski was there till Jan'22 as the executive technical director, so would have overseen most of the initial development of the '22 car.
The structure was all done by Rossi, showing Budkowski the door was part of the structure change. Remember those complaints from Prost, that Rossi was keeping everything to himself and going to most of the races. Budkowski couldn't do much in 2021, he was a lame duck.
I thought Budkowski did a good job. I don't understand why he was removed. Any reasons for it?
While Fry is a happy-go-lucky fellow, he can't be best pleased that Budkowski is no longer there to handle the manufacturing and infrastructure side of things. Surely that leaves more workload for Fry and less time for Fry to work on performance matters?
The Italian press suggest that Binotto is a candidate for Alpine F1 Team:

Although they also suggest:
Meanwhile, the hottest name to succeed Szafnauer is Eric Boullier – the 49-year-old Frenchman, who was previously the team principal of the French team.
Not sure if serious!
