0.001 between Lando and Oscar....
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

"Negative" Norris sounds pretty happy!
lol Negative Norris was indeed downplaying expectations and it does indeed look like we are faster than he initially suggested

And not exactly "weak" in any of the corners here #-o

Just shows how crazy this season is.

Good job by Norris to find a lap when he needed (his first one was deleted).

Can't say it was such a good Q1 but both made it to Q2 though the car considering his cancelled lap time seems faster. Alfa Romeo is an interesting surprise. Daniel Ricciardo immediately demolished Tsunoda which was expected.

It looked like a relatively "easy" Q1 for McLaren if Norris did not have his lap deleted. Piastri was able to abort his last run as they realized they are safe.

I suppose you are right. That Alfa might turn to be a surprising obstable for our 1st place battle with Max Verstappen. It's so annoying seeing Track Limits and things when they could easily fix that adding sand or grass behind kerbs so drivers would have a different approach. You can't just punish a driver if the car understeers and goes outside limits while the drivers makes a directional correction.

Alfa seems to be great on hard tyres. McLaren seems decent on mediums.

What about Softs is the question. Can we repeat our speed on the mediums?

That picture seeing Lando Norris comfortably 2 tenths faster than Max Verstappen is like a dream. What can I say. Lando didn't need another lap and Piastri didn't need to do another. Mclaren have turned things around.

Did they bring any other upgrades on this GP cause being 1 tenth behind Max on Silverstone to being 2 tenths in front here seems unreal.

It seems better here than on the high speed corners, have you ever seen an upgrade so strong as this? I cannot in my life think of another upgrade as effective as this.

Nonesense… Track limits are ok, if the driver is under steering is because he pushed too much on entry.
