Shame Russell was parked on the corner as Hamilton had that. Classic move on this track that Alonso basically trademarked here 😅

Lewis passed Lando fairly on the straight part of the track though..the overtake was already done going intobthe corner....ham going off track was due to another altercation with another car during the corner.

Could we see a 3 - 1 jump through an undercut again this year?

I dont think Norris deserves a place.
Hamilton had nowhere to go. No point in ruining your car over the curbs. He was side by side with russel not norris. But anyhow the race is young.
For Sure!!

If max can make some ground, he’s not out of this. Management by Ferraris means gaps are close

Exactly, he was side by side with RUSSEL because the overtake on Lando was already done lol. Lewis' advantage over La do came from passing him on the track in a straight line.

It looked like he deliberately braked late enough to conceivably not make the corner. It looks like it's not acceptable anymore

Agreed Mercedes should have argued that and took the 5 second penalty if stewarts said otherwise. Now he has to pass in Singapore. Mercedes have Ferrari level strategists

He wasnt really side by side. He bailed out rather than slow down a bit further. He should have given the place to Norris
