It looked like he deliberately braked late enough to conceivably not make the corner. It looks like it's not acceptable anymore
Agreed Mercedes should have argued that and took the 5 second penalty if stewarts said otherwise. Now he has to pass in Singapore. He wasnt really side by side. He bailed out rather than slow down a bit further.
