The thing I’m most annoyed is not even more stringent tests of the plank, but absolutely unnecessary and stupid changes to floor edges and diffuser throat. Just…why?

Not only it made RB the only viable concept, it forced teams to make more complex floor edges that resulted in more dirty air. As a result we have worse racing AND slower cars. Bravo.
Welcome to the club
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

And they're a little worn out as well, barely any thread in the left front, will Ferrari ever solve this?

You people crack me up. If Enrico decided to design the first upgrades like that he must have had the data. Vasseur would never allow otherwise. We'll see the data after 18 holes have been done.

Haas DT said that the new rear suspension is a significant evolution compared to the 2023 spec.

Makes sense. I noticed that Haas weren’t exhibiting tyre degradation to the extent that they did last year, so the new suspension must be pretty good.

Also more freedom in the diffuser area and better flows for all the aero components like brake ducts, etc.

I asked myself the same thing.
Maybe because the intake over the driver's head being very small allows more clean air to interact with the rear wing.
But then again it was the same last year, and they weren't using small rear wings compared to RB at least.

That's the same config they had last week in testing and imo this is the best tradeoff for them

Also Ferrari has the leanest engine cover of them all due to absence of cooling there, so same rear wing is more effective for them than for others.
