This is not too long of a stint for softs (in RB’s case). Verstappen did 20 laps on high fuel. It would be roughly 22 laps on low fuel. I think the RB also prefers the soft tire today which is why they used the hard tire in FP3.

This is so boring but that's what happens when you keep the regulations the same when a team is miles out front. They should've changed it like they did in 2021 after a one sided 2020 but the FIA know what they're doing.

They changed because New reg was delayed to '22 due to covid.
Until qualyfications I expected same as last season, bu then was very excited for race, now Im dissappointed.
