Yuki was head down doing a good job. The rest of RB wasn't. clear they slowed Yuki down to get Ric ahead, pathetic.

The cost cap is a disaster, locked in advantage.
That excuse doesn't work now that Ferrari, Merc etc have had a chance to design everything from scratch with few limitations, taking cues from the best designs on the grid with additional development time to boot
Did I miss the news where they didn't allow RBR to develop?

Of course it works. The point is, you can't work your way out of a rutt with any meaningful development due to the heavy constraint on spending.

Verstappen formula 1, the rest formula 3. Just LOL. And the problem is Redbull didn't even push, if they do so, they would probably lap everyone. LOL.

As I said other teams got more development time for the last 2.5 years

Red bull should've told Verstappen to ease off more.
Perez got the result but come on...

Sainz, great performance, managed to keep a Red Bull honest.
Leclerc needs to find out what was wrong, the car has potential to be better.
The Ferrari is an ok car, good on both compounds, solid deg... it just can't sniff the Red Bull of Max.

Mercedes "great job" prioritizing the race setup.

Mclaren just as silent here.

And Aston even worst.

Lovely race for Red Bull. A good 0.8s a lap faster on race pace to Ferrari, Nearer a second to Mercedes.

Crucially Perez keeping close to Max which will be good. Needs to keep up through the season.

Interesting the Ferrari prediction of the Hard to Soft cross over was miles away.

No idea why people are complaining already. RB come with a different concept (and still leading the way), it'll be ominous come their upgrade in Japan
Mess with the Bull - you get the horns.

Max crushed them all. The only way to make things competitive is to ban him. He is dominant not the car.

No, they have less development time, RBR starts developing the new car halfway in the season while every other team is busy fighting one another. Ferrari improved massively YoY, but I've been saying since well early in testing that RBR is going to win every single year until at least 2026. It's not possible to catch up this gap unless RBR makes a crazy mistake, which is hard when they have all of that time to work on the new car.

Incredibly poor performance from Sergeant also. What are they doing with him in the car again this season
Didn't you see he had mechanical issue at the begining, was about to retire.
Yeah what was it? Engine?

Charles’ brake issue has flattered redbull even more. Without that, I’m confident he’d have been ahead of Perez - or at least it’d be very close.

Max is clear, that is very apparent. But at the veryyyyy least, maybe the constructors championship is up for grabs this year. If Ferrari can consistently outperform Perez then it’s doable.
I think you've forgotten that Max was so good last year that he won the constructors championship by HIMSELF last year. Don't see why this year will be any different.

Hardly a new concept, I think that’s overstating it. Just an extremely refined concept from previous

It's good for business so it's not a disaster, it's been a tremendous success for Liberty. The racing is clearly secondary, more night races on street tracks anyone?
