I hope so. That in itself would most likely signify she has a strong case, unless she has large family wealth behind her as you wouldn't expect a travelling PA to have the kind of cash lying around needed to pay for high priced lawyers.

So now without evidence people are claiming she faked the evidence.

I guess hearsay is more trustworthy than journalism to some.

Which is a bad look isn't it even if that is the case, or of course the alternative is actually this has been some scheme against Horner and the people inside the circle know this.

You'd think Max would be within that circle and he would have publicly backed Horner and kept his dad in line. He's said his dad isn't a liar, and his dad has said Horner is the problem and is ripping the team apart.

Not so thin whilst they're paying her full pay to not be at work. Perhaps she has appealed the decision and so RBR have elected it is best to take this step.

Thinking about it more a suspension, as opposed compassionate leave, generally means it's the employers choice not the employees. It could be that she wanted to attend this GP weekend and the company have chosen to prevent that by suspending her. It doesn't actually have to mean she's accused of anything.

The suspending pending her appealing doesn’t make sense. There’s no difference between having made the complaint and appealing

If she's been suspended with pay then it could also be that she's launched legal action against Red Bull, and Red Bull's lawyers have advised that it's prudent to suspend her with pay pending conclusion of the case.

Reading the F1 insider article they refer to her as terminated and will be fight it in English employment law. Also referred to the business f1 article that said Geri had kicked him out and the law firm Horner is using was used by Prince Andrew and Epstein
