Monaco is unique as the aero and mechanical setups are specific for its extreme layout. The SF 21 was a garbage car overall, yet competitive for top 3 in Monaco.
Dominant Ferrari cars were often slower than the competition back in the early 2000.
I think is going be very very close in Q3. The others usually improve more than Ferrari.
