According to what Formu1a.uno has learned, there is a 99% chance that both drivers will have the new floor specification available on Friday. Additionally, we should see changes to the rear bodywork, tray area and ramps towards the diffuser, as well as improved small deflector elements.
That sounds like full package that should have arrived at Silverstone. Not impossible to rush a big part of a package, but it has to be set forward more than 2 weeks earlier. Or Maranello made a crash course in carbon fibre lay-up for all employees and borrowed a few autoclaves from automotive production facility

On another point, do we think we'll see a different rear wing in Barcelona? In 2022, they used a mid-high-load wing on Friday, but settled for high-load wing for Saturday and race. In 2023 they used the mid-high-load wing entire weekend, but we know SF23 was front limited and had to reduce rear load on a few tracks. My bet is still Monaco wing with new Canada beam wing, rear tyres need saving and going for a one-stop would give a big advantage.
