Spain blip cost us constructors championship though. But yes, great recovery.SoulPancake13 wrote: ↑01 Dec 2024, 05:13With such a long season, I decided to read some of the comments from Bahrain and Jeddah again. We really did make great progress this season, even with the Spain blip. Everyone is so close now but back then we were all satisfied with being 3 tenths off of Red Bull! As the season winds down, I think a big praise is due to the engineers for the development this season. To even be in a WCC fight considering the middle of the season is nothing short of incredible. Hoping for a great race today and a great end to the season.
Yes, but to bounce back in the manner the team did was quite impressive nonetheless. The post summer break results have been nothing short of very good even with clear areas of improvement for next year's car.jambuka wrote: ↑01 Dec 2024, 06:23Spain blip cost us constructors championship though. I went back to the comments from Barcelona the other day. Needless to say things are much more positive nowSoulPancake13 wrote: ↑01 Dec 2024, 05:13With such a long season, I decided to read some of the comments from Bahrain and Jeddah again. Leclerc is better than Sainz obviously. But to his credit, this is Sainz's best season in Ferrari.
It is, and it's certainly a factor in Ferrari even having had sight of the WCC this year. Sainz has had much fewer 'off' weekends than usual.
My argument was clearly that you're taking the 'wording matters' argument to a laughable level. I think I made that pretty obvious, but you'd rather not respond to that bit instead trying to play some victim instead. smhAndres125sx wrote: ↑30 Nov 2024, 12:14Pretty disgusting Ad-Hominem falacy Seanspeed, no real arguments, just attack the personSeanspeed wrote: ↑28 Nov 2024, 12:31Location: Madrid, SpainAndres125sx wrote: ↑28 Nov 2024, 11:15Sainz was instructed to not put Charles under pressure. And he didn't put Charles under pressure
If Charles fans assume that means do not pass, sorry, but you're wrong. Wording matters
The defense of this is honestly just getting laughable at this point.
Real "You said not to take a cookie from the jar, but it's not technically a jar!" energy right here. smh![]()
I don’t think Leclerc needs to clear both off the line. I think clearing either Piastri or Norris will be enough since that would prevent them from playing DRS games.ScuderiaLeo wrote: ↑01 Dec 2024, 02:13A one place grid penalty for Verstappen is odd to say the least, but I don't think it'll affect Ferrari's race much unless Leclerc gets past both McLarens at the start somehow.
Playing DRS when there is at least one pitstop ahead is not reasonable, you give your opponent more options to win a position, not only from the one you help, but also from you.bananapeel23 wrote: ↑01 Dec 2024, 14:18I don’t think Leclerc needs to clear both off the line. Won't all teams be on a one stop?
