Been looking at russels long run and they have a lot of deg. I think it’s gonna be another year of us having big tyre deg in race trim
Read on x that they found more deg more than they expected, if you read my previous messages I said so. Just look at the times guys, there's no escape. Russell degraded the tires, McLaren, Mercedes and Redbull have no degradation.

Marca says the telemetry system was unable to acquire data in the afternoon and thus they chose to remain in the pits. (was it due to the outage?)

You have a clear idea and that's fine. In my opinion its better to let it fall into place on its own rather than extrapolating everything immediately. Let's see tomorrow

Could be due to outage but strange that among all the teams, only Aston had the problem. Until we don’t have an official information from Aston we cannot know. Let’s hope that they fix it for tomorrow.

Translation -

What happened to make them the drivers with the fewest laps of the day?

The fact that Aston Martin was only able to run 87 laps between Fernando Alonso (46) and Lance Stroll (41), while Antonelli and Tsunoda completed 78 laps each on the first day, has its explanation. It is not serious, but there were two separate setbacks that slowed down the Silverstone team's program on the debut of the AMR25.

It should be noted that there were no mechanical problems and that the car is fast. Fernando was happy with his first runs... until a problem with a sensor. They had to change it and therefore have lost about 40 minutes during the morning to disassemble and assemble the parts to access the damaged part, as MARCA has been able to know.

In the case of Stroll it has been even stranger. The telemetry system could not acquire some data and instead of keeping the Canadian on track and risk something happening that they could not warn, they have made him return to reset the entire system. It seems to have taken them a little longer than usual.

The good part is that there should not be a repeat on Thursday and Friday and that the deficit can be made up in the two remaining days. In the first one, Alonso will repeat in the morning, but with a track with much more rubber and in the second one he will be in the afternoon, where the times improve a lot as seen in the start.

Only two drivers in the afternoon did not beat their teammates of the first shift, Stroll himself (with Alonso) and Hadjar with Tsunoda at RB. The rest, even Bortoleto to Hulkenberg, have clearly beaten the morning times.

We need to be calm now, because if u open twitter u can find a lot of non sense or questionable informations about AM. so, here, Bernie Collins https://x.com/Nachez98/status/1894810765741490584 says the new wind tunnel will be done just in middle of the season, but Aston already said they will put the 2026 car only on new wind tunnel, obviously they not wait for summer to start the new car in that tunnel. I think, for today the most important things is

People saying about AM's telemetry be equivalent of Ferrari and Mclaren, and meanwhile other people say about a nervous, understeer, and tire destroyer car

"Aston Martin was not ready to do any significant number of consecutive laps but when it did run, it showed promising glimpses of form, particularly through the fast sweeps of the second sector. Both Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll are reporting it to feel a whole lot better than last year's car around here." https://www.the-race.com/formula-1/mark ... g-day-one/. If they can be the 5th fast car in australia will be awsome, remember, we were the 8 or 9th car in abu dabhi. A quick conclusion is, they delivered what they promissed. The car is looks more similar to AMR23, quick in middle sector and more slown in the straight, u can see, AMR25 have more caracteristics from AMR23 instead AMR24.

We need to be calm, i think we will be fast, not enought for the top 4, maybe 5, but, we will not be a F2 car.

I watched sky analysis but couldn’t find a good image yet but Sam Collins showed a small vertical inlet beside the halo, right underneath the halo on the AMR25. No other teams have done it so far.

Interesting to find out the effect this has over the car.
