I don't think so. I don't think a delayed start is the same as a red flag. Also his car is on the other end of the circuit. And they'd have to check the rear as well. Cos he took a pretty good whack. They wouldn't risk breaking a gearbox for a useless sprint race.

Inters was stupid, but I was thinking to myself "why is Charles pushing so hard" literally 5 seconds before he crashed. There was visibly tonnes of standing water.
