Another issue why the ground effect cars failed is the spay!
2021 was much worse conditions than this but due to the amount of spray coming off of these cars, visibility is significantly reduced, with even the most dampest of race tracks.

So red flag means they can change the setup??
I was just checking the rules, and they say parc fermé is until the start of the race. This race hasn't started yet, as far as I can see?!
Are you sure. I thought start behind safety car means race has started, but I am not sure.

Race director probably listened to Lando with him being a puff in the rain
Awesome contribution keyboard warrior
Max said it was fine other drivers too. Drivers have driven worse red flagged when it’s not raining is stupid

Hmmm, i guess everyone can change wings now.
What a clown show! Utter incompetence…

So some drivers elect to start from the pit lane just to change setups and then the FIA decides to f¥ck them over for no reason!

As if they couldn’t just delay the start…
Race hasn't started yet.

Yes, they intentionally started this, knowing full well the race would not begin.

So that makes it ok for you to disrespect another driver?
Just a fan's point of view

Much too overcast for the water to clear if another heavy fall comes. Hopefully they won’t do a fake two laps just to give out half points

But its about to rain heavy. Supposedly. Its pointless running then stopping. If you can just run straight through later

Why are the commentators afraid to speak their minds? Martin Brundle is the only one who even comes close to calling out the ridiculous nature of what's going on. Visibility is always poor in the wet but we still go racing. Seriously, what is going on with the sport?

EDIT: For ---'s sake these are the best drivers in the world. They should be able to keep it on the road.

Under red flag, setup changes are generally not allowed.
