In the first stint, LEC could hold stations due to track-specific, not to mention that he is some 4kph faster than both PIA and NOR ... but unfortunately in free air Macca boys are at least 2-3 tenths faster if not faster ... further more his setup choice, with a lower than usual DF levels for this track would force him to do more tyre management hence lower lap times ... so there are slim chances for a win for him, but bigger ones for a podium/3rd place ...
While his setup choice could very well end up harming him, it could also prove to be the right choice if others have overcompensated for expected conditions that don't materialise...
Regardless, unless there are incidents, safety cars or stupid pit decisions, I don't see anyone other than the McLarens troubling him.
Realistically I think he is looking at 3rd.
