Robert Edwards former Deputy Head of suspension design at Alpine has joined Williams as Head of suspension steering and brakes in Sept.25

Nick Roberts Senior Strategy Engineer, VC Racing Bulls -> Aston Martin (same position).
Guillaume Ducreux Strategy Engineer, Red Bull -> VC Racing Bulls.
John Howard Race Engineer, Alpine -> Race Engineer, Cadillac.
Adam Baker CEO, Audi Engine -> COO, Cadillac Engine.

Khalid Ismail, Senior Technology Engineer; Alpine -> Principal Simulation Engineer; Williams
Voigt Marcel, General Manager, Production; Toyota Gazoo -> Supply Chain Director, Sauber / Audi

Voigt Marcel is replacing Axel Kruse who has moved to Williams.
(I need to do an update of the ones that got lost when my twitter got shut down - these are recent.)

I feel like half of Enstone has moved to Williams over the past 2 years. Pat Fry must have a direct line over there. :lol:

In the Past, they've hired alot of their personel out of university. Not sure that is still the case.

All depends on how good the people that are leaving are, how good the grads they'll hire are and maybe they have a bunch of unknown to us young guns that are better than those leaving. You just can't jump to conclusions. Flavio did say when he came in there was alot of rot. That being said, I have no insight in what he's doing.
