Arguably, Norris' point deficit is more difficult to overkomen than Verstappens. He is in equal machinery and can't exploit differences to his advantage.
We are going into T1 with a seething Piastry a desperate and insecure Norris and a Verstappen who knows how to start a bowling party and get away with it. Heck, Piastri out may be worth a 10 sec penalty
 
He just needs to only outqualify Oscar and start well. Everything will then work out as cool headed Oscar seems to be hot headed now.
Also, I don't think Piastri is as fast as Norris anyways not in the race. If Norris leads into Turn 1 it's over for Oscar. 
Verstappen is also driving a slower car especially given the evidence of last week and I don't think anyone actually believes either drivers of the Orange card are actually as quick as Verstappen.
