Most likely Williams or Mercedes. Both had way too many crashes. Both had TPs complain about this before.
If it was Red Bull we would already know.
Didn't Merc have less totals than RB last year?
And of all the teams, we know RB have broken rules in budget caps previously.
We also wouldn't "already know" if it was them. It could be any team at this point aside from AM. Loads of denials from journos/twitterati were issued regarding RB being the perpetrators last time.
Simply, nobody knows and no credible sources will name drop until the process has been completed and vetted by auditors.
I do not know the financials of Mercedes or Red Bull. You can spend your time worrying about it for all I care.
Last time Red Bull breached, the news was out multiple months earlier. So clearly, if it was Red Bull, there is precedence that there are sources willing to leak information well-in-advance.
Toto and Vowles are both on record worrying about the budget cap for 2024 because of crashes. My opinion as far as this story goes is based on what is said and is relevant to 2024.
This could all be a nothing burger and I hope it is, as last time the shitshow was bad enough.
Call a spade, a spade.
