The problem with a wet qualifying is what happened last year...getting knocked out because of someone else's red flag
It doesn't turn.

What is the state of 'engine/battery/turbo pool' ? If the Sunday is going to be dry, will it make sense to bolt on a 'fresh engine' (or 'relatively fresh' rather, in case all 4 are already in circulation) ?

Depends on what your ideal target is: if it's just collect a couple of wins in the next races (which imho it's the realistic target) then yes, if you're looking at the title then no, getting a +10 on the grid means gifting the win to Norris which would close the title "fight", so in this case better go full risk/reward.
