Cars usually qualify roughly in order of pace. What are people expecting?

McLaren was the only team not to do (at least shortish) high fuel runs in FP1, and afterwards there never was a chance to do so again. Maybe the others thereby got a better idea of what plank wear to expect.

It should be a slamdunk disqualification if they are to follow what has been done these regulations. If they don't do disqualification, I will have interesting things to say.....

technical infringements are pretty straightforward so why are they delaying .mclaren didn't have to take the risk they have a big buffer on Max ,they should just taken the points and wrap the championship

Did they lico for fuel or plank wear? Zak was very, very short in the interview on the issue...

When constantly refreshing the Twitter feed for one and a half hour is more exciting than one and a half hour of F1 racing, you know how bad a race it was.

The DSQ is a formality. No need to refresh anything. Skid was worn beyond 9mm.

Perhaps the delay is because Brown & Stella are trying to convince that FIA's plankwear measuring method is inaccurate ?
