Rupert Webb former Project delivery Lead at Alpine has joined Red Bull Powertrains as Engineering Coordinator in Nov.25

Feels like a lot of brain drain in Enstone.

Haga was kind of expected as Elliott started in July as Chief Designer. Blandin is a bit of a surprise as he's highly rated.

I am surprised Mike Elliot hasn't landed anywhere, after his many years at Mercedes. Or did i miss something and he has joined a team now?

He's been finished with gardening for a year now! I think he's prob waiting for a technical director to be inevitably sacked when a team get's the 26' regs wrong. Or just is done with F1. Though saying that he'll be announced at Aston Martin's new "Director of Technology and Aerodynamics" in the next week or something lol.

I recall one successful designer of F1 cars saying "you're only as good as your last car design" wasn't good, was it ?
