Did anyone see a single time window or image of the fourth driver in this quality? There was a time window for everyone... But Nando. This is starting to be ridiculous. He's being hidden back in every session. I can't believe it.

When there is a high DF track and when they can setup the car lower and stiffer for shorter race than the car is good?

Interview with Newey on Sky just now, said he will be lazer focused on the design and development of the car "that's what gets me up in the morning", even with the TP role.

Happy to see Alonso up there every once in a while. Hopefully the car has some pace in the race. A podium would be euphoric.

Hopefully they won't gradually lose performance relative to the other cars as the weekend progresses. But Alonso always seems to deliver on this track, he excels in the fast corners.

:wtf: :D =D>
Half a kilo of white asparagus with vinaigrette and also with mayonnaise. Half a bottle of cava. A little ham. Fernando 4th. What a joy!

Lance had bad luck or got too confident in Q1. Fernando didn't have bad luck in Q2 and evened things out. It seems he's enjoying the car again. Seeing Newey on the pit wall is pure bliss.

they tend to run pretty well in sprints cos they run the floor closer to ground. will be interesting here for the sprint qualy, race and full race
They should have tried to keep the car low on several times / races to be honest as Alonso said.
Finishing P15 is not interesting so let's try
So let's cheat and hope not to get caught to finish 11th ?
No I mean being agressive in setup to run very low

The key with those regs is to run as low as possible, but being able to do so avoiding porpoising and using the skid too much

One of the main reason of McLaren being so fast is the ability to run low

It looks like Brazil again. Hopefully a good result tomorrow and then for the real race a higher car that will finish p13 or something :|

Newey saying Cowell volunteered to move to the power unit integration role, and it left the TP role open. And I just noticed he said "Since I am going to be doing all the EARLY RACES anyway" he did it himself. So when does the actual Horner gardening leave end? Very interesting that he said early races.

Alonso in SQ3 once again. Then wait for them to raise the car and be nowhere tomorrow evening...
I guess since the sprint race is shorter and you can replace the plank before Quali there is less time to cause the same amount of damage, when compared to a Quali/race.
