Lewis is part of the problem. He sends documents to the team and then tells the world about it. Why? If this is genuinely about improving the team why is he throwing them under the bus in the media? Should the team start holding press conferences about why Hamilton is slower than Charles? Keep it internal, keep it professional. He's not being paid to make the team look bad or to try and change the team against its will, he's paid to drive well and be an ambassador for the brand.
