Tell it to Arrivabene, he's not mincing words. But I'm sure he knows nothing about Ferrari, no connections there at all.

Lewis is part of the problem. He sends documents to the team and then tells the world about it. Why? If this is genuinely about improving the team why is he throwing them under the bus in the media? Should the team start holding press conferences about why Hamilton is slower than Charles? Keep it internal, keep it professional. He's not being paid to make the team look bad or to try and change the team against its will, he's paid to drive well and be an ambassador for the brand. In the words of John Elkann, "focus less on talking and more on driving".
Dude doesnt have a very good rep, Ask Juvi fans.

Lewis didnt tell the world, he was asked a question about it from the media and gave his reply. do you think he should lie?.

Even CL is criticizing the team, LH is not alone on this you know, Elkanns comments was to " both " drivers... Picture him saying it to Max though, a simple they should make a better f********** car then is likely to come out, and he wouldnt hold back at the next media meeting either..

If Vettel didnt hate the way his ferrari f1 cars handled because you know, the team listened to him and made the car suit his driving style like Redbull does for Max ( You know they have built the WHOLE team around him to get the best out of him? ) He might have got a title at Ferrari LOL. Pin that on Arrivabene........

There's a difference between not lying and throwing the team under the bus. A generic answer about how "I'm working with the team to improve the car" would have sufficed. There's no reason to start spilling the beans on who is sending internal documents to whom and about what. You only publicise that if you're trying to further a narrative that the team is dysfunctional and you're trying to "fix" them. Hint, you don't fix an organisation by trying to shame them in public and proving to be untrustworthy with sensitive information, it's a bad strategy. Still, if Lewis were performing in accordance with his salary the way Charles or Max are he wouldn't get as much criticism for that kind of behaviour, but when you are shading the team and also not performing yourself it doesn't look good IMO.

There were always going to be philosophical differences between Hamilton and Ferrari. Hamilton's a showman. Look at how he dresses in the paddock, how publicized his charitable contributions and diversity initiatives are, or how he pays for the end of season driver dinner each year. Hamilton has good intentions, but as it pertains to Ferrari, he probably goes about it in the wrong way. He has a habit of trying to make sure "the whole world knows how awful it is and how he's singlehandedly fixing Ferrari.". Ferrari will get tired of that.

Hamilton's not the kind of person to make "anonymous donations", if you can understand that metaphor. His approach at Ferrari needs a more calculated touch.

Like shutting up and focusing on driving the car.

Hamilton has things to contribute (more than driving), but he needs to understand Ferrari more to make it work. He cannot think they are going to paint the walls Silver for him. They are not going to reconstruct Mercedes in Maranello.

Seems like Leclerc is back home today, so he was in Maranello for 4 days. Hopefully some positive discussions were had so they can head into 2026 with good morale

Vasseur said to Corriere they're working with Hamilton/his garage to see what changes can be made for 2026, including but not limited to potentially changing his race engineer
